Our Whole Dried Red Chillies (Genus Capsicum) are sourced directly from India’s premier chilli-growing regions and sun-dried to achieve a deep red color, characteristic gloss, and rich aroma. Every batch undergoes strict quality control, color sorting, and laboratory inspection to evaluate stem condition, ASTA color value, and precise Scoville Heat Units (SHU) tailored to specific industrial and culinary market requirements. We offer a complete range of commercial red chilli varieties—including Byadgi (low heat, high color), Sannam S4 (medium heat), S17 Teja (high heat), and 334—supplied as whole with stem or whole stemless formats. Ranging from 15,000 to 80,000 SHU and 60 to 120 ASTA color values, our chillies are certified 0% Sudan Red dye compliant, free from Aflatoxin and Ochratoxin contaminants, and backed by Spice Board of India export verification. Compressed in 10 kg or 25 kg new jute or PP bales (14 MT per 40ft HC FCL), we supply global markets on flexible FOB and CIF terms starting at a 7 MT MOQ.
