Description
Our Unwashed Coffee Arabica Cherry consists of sun-dried, natural-processed coffee beans harvested from the high-altitude plantations of the Western Ghats region (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala). Specially processed to retain natural pulp sugars, these unwashed Arabica cherries deliver a sweet aroma, mild acidity, balanced body, and distinct fruity undertones. They serve as an ideal, cost-effective option for commercial roasters, instant coffee manufacturing, and espresso blending to enhance crema production.
This selection includes secondary export grades, Arabica Cherry C, BBB, and custom Bulk/Triage lots. Every batch is de-stoned, optically sorted to ensure zero foreign matter, and sized across Screen 14 through 16 sieves with moisture levels capped at a maximum of 12.0%. Graded and verified under strict Coffee Board of India export standards, the coffee is packed in 60 kg export-grade Jute/Burlap bags with protective GrainPro inner liners (320 bags / 19.2 MT per 20ft Dry FCL) for shipment on FOB (Mangalore/Chennai) and CIF terms starting at a 1 FCL minimum order quantity.
